No cash on delivery :
We practice the ‘No cash on delivery’ policy in order to ensure that each item, in every order, is stored and shipped at optimum conditions. Per statistics, a large percentage of orders on COD basis are sent back on some pretext or another. This results in products moving out of the warehouse only to be sent back in a few days. We prefer to keep our products well rested for genuine buyers.

The order process is automatically initiated by our SAP ERP operating system on receipt of the authorization from your bank - the order then gets packed and is ready to be shipped to your address within just a few hours of the order process completion ensuring the shortest delivery transit time and making cancellation once an order is confirmed, not possible.
Transit Damage:
In case of shipment damages incurred during transit by the carrier entrusted with delivery of your order, a full replacement of damaged goods will be made by us based on the following:

Refund Policy:
When you buy any product at www.olivetreetrading.com you are assured of purchasing a top quality product, consistently, and therefore our terms of sales are a no refund policy. Once order is placed we do not entertain cancellation in any circumstances. Also we do not entertain refund also in any circumstances. We only provide replacement option in case you receive a damaged product and the same has to be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
