Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products and Services)

Order value is defined as total payable amount. Which means total cost of all items (subtotal) minus 15% discount = order value.
Minimal shipping charges for order value below Rs. 3000 will be applicable.
All orders placed with us will be delivered to your address through a logistics express services or through our dispatch and delivery team. All processed orders can be tracked using the Track Shipping option on our online store.
All efforts will be made by us to ensure a reliable, quick and prompt delivery of your order, once your order process is complete.
To ensure the products reach your address in the best condition, we follow the packing procedures as laid down by international standards:
Products packed in glass bottles, jars etc… are all individually bubble wrapped
All orders are packed in 5+ ply corrugated boxes
Any empty spaces around the products in the box are stuffed with thermocole ensuring the products are securely held in place
The normal delivery time of the products ordered is based on location and may vary across different cities in India. Our products can be delivered to over 600 cities through our logistics express surface services or through our despatch and delivery team. Below is an indicative maximum lead time for delivery, to some cities across India.

• Port Blair - within 17 to 18 working days

• Srinagar – within 11 to 12 working days
Policies of respective logistics providers will be applicable on all items shipped.
We are not responsible for missed/late deliveries due to curfews, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war. We reserve the right to deny services to any sender, without any explanation and are not liable for more than the retail cost of products.
We shall try our best for prompt delivery; delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation.
In spite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, we will not be responsible for a mis-delivery if the receiver of the product at the address on the order form misappropriates, damages or fails to hand over the product to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.
